EMK acquires majority stake in Service Key

EMK Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in Service Key S.p.A. (“Service Key”) from its two founders who have reinvested alongside us.

Service Key is an Italian integrated facility management company, offering both soft and hard facility management services to a blue-chip client base. EMK Capital invested in Service Key to help enlarge its service offering and geographical coverage within Italy via an organic and acquisition-based growth strategy.
