EMK acquires Broad Horizon Group

EMK Capital are pleased to announce that we have acquired a majority stake in Broad Horizon Group ("Broad Horizon") from its founders and management. The active founder and relevant management shareholders have reinvested alongside us.

Founded in 2010 as a managed and web hosting service provider, Broad Horizon has over time expanded into workspace, Microsoft Dynamics implementation consulting, and data analytics to establish itself as a one-stop-shop digital transformation partner.

Based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), Broad Horizon currently operates three brands: True, Broad Horizon Solutions and Cmotions. 'True' provides webspace and workspace hosting solutions on both public and private cloud. 'Broad Horizon Solutions', a dedicated Microsoft partner, provides Microsoft's cloud services (Azure), business applications (Office 365, Dynamics 365) and data analytics and automation tools (Power BI). 'Cmotions' offers data analytics and data science.
