EMK acquires Covidence

EMK Capital today announce that funds managed by EMK have acquired a controlling stake in Covidence from Montagu Private Equity.

Covidence is the global market leader in the provision of high-end miniature video, audio and tracking surveillance equipment to government-approved military and law enforcement agencies. It is headquartered in Denmark.
