EMK acquires and forms Garda Group

EMK Capital is pleased to announce the consolidation of Garda Group, consisting of Garda Sikring, Great Security, Heda Security, KIBO Sikring and Windsor Door, through five concurrent acquisitions.

The group offers installation, service, and maintenance for a wide range of mission critical products and services within perimeter and mechanical security, technical security, road safety and industrial doors.  EMK Capital invested in the Group to further develop the service and product offering while accelerating geographical expansion organically and inorganically.
