Keltbray Infrastructure Services (“KIS”) is a leading provider of integrated infrastructure engineering services, facilitating the UK’s green energy transition. KIS focusses on maintaining, upgrading and expanding the UK’s power, renewable energy and rail networks. KIS was carved out from Keltbray Group having been established in 2009 as a separate infrastructure services division of its construction focussed parent.

EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in KIS in August 2024 with key management shareholders who invested alongside us. EMK Capital invested in KIS to further strengthen its leading market position in its core segments, to continue KIS’s growth into new service capabilities, and to continue pursuing KIS’s buy-and-build strategy in the UK and potentially internationally.
