Hans Hemels is a Leadership Director, based in Amsterdam.

Hans has over 27 years of experience in talent and leadership consulting. Prior to working with EMK, Hans was CEO of a SAP SuccessFactors implementor that he helped sell in 2022. He also led a startup in real-time engagement measurement and was CHRO of Dutch Railways. Hans started his career at Hay Group.

Hans is also an Action Researcher at OpenEmbassy, helping refugees settle in The Netherlands and advises local governments relating to improving support and integrating newcomers.

Hans holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Hans' spare time is devoted to literature, longboat rowing and tours on his motorcycle.
