EMK acquires majority stake in VDK Groep

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in VDK Groep ("VDK") from its founder who has reinvested alongside us. Founded in 2013, VDK is a group of semi-independent technical installation and maintenance companies operating in the North East of the Netherlands. The company is predominantly focussed on generic or niche electrical and mechanical ("E&M") installation technology, offering a wide range of services which cover most of the value chain.

Starting in 2013 with the acquisition of Wesco (HVAC), Schuurman Techniek (security & alarm systems) and Ten Brinke (electrical engineering), VDK has steadily expanded both in geographical focus and range of services. EMK Capital invested in VDK to continue supporting VDK's organic and in-organic growth strategy.
