EMK acquires majority stake in Pinerock Group

EMK Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in Pinerock Group (“Pinerock”), a Swedish Renovation, Maintenance, and Improvement (“RMI”) building services provider with 40 years’ experience, comprised of well-known local brands targeting a variety of different service offerings and geographical regions. Pinerock operates an asset light service model with a strict focus on niche end markets across RMI, building and insurance services, through recurring mandates, long-term framework arrangements and one-off contracts.

EMK Capital invested in Pinerock to strengthen its market position in its core segments as well as geographical coverage in Sweden and internationally, via an organic and acquisition-based growth strategy.
