EMK acquires majority stake in Keltbray Infrastructure Services

EMK Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in Keltbray Infrastructure Services (“KIS”), a leading provider of integrated infrastructure engineering services, facilitating the UK’s green energy transition. KIS focusses on maintaining, upgrading and expanding the UK’s power, renewable energy and rail networks.

EMK Capital invested in KIS to further strengthen its leading market position in its core segments, to continue KIS’s growth into new service capabilities, and to continue pursuing KIS’s buy-and-build strategy in the UK and potentially internationally.
